About the role
Mission: Implement and manage the distribution programs with the partners of a given perimeter in line with the distribution strategy as part of the Region Go to Market ambitions.
- Establish a Territory diagnostic and identify key trends in market the sell-out
- Elaborate tactics to address his perimeter (market, channel, geography, )
- Identify and recruit new channel partners in line with the Region orientations
- Conduct business reviews, steer and make corrective action as appropriate
- Develop and animate the partnership
- Create documentation and tailor programs by customers
- Ensure proper allocation of resources to optimize Michelin & partners performance consistently with distribution strategy
- Provide customer/partners with regular communications and updates that pertain to their businesses, appropriate training solutions to partners, measure its performance and propose corrective actions.
- Manage assigned projects by ensuring programs are in line with customer specifications and requirements, Execute hand-off to stakeholders
- Promotes and valorize the Sell Out approach with selected customers and sales forces to reinforce Michelin & Partner’s respective performance.
- Follows customer satisfaction and contributes to identify actions to improve it.
