About This Role

This mid-shift Dispatcher role focuses on the effective and efficient scheduling and routing of IHT technicians and plumbers. The position involves managing daily technician workloads, scheduling installations, and prioritizing emergency work to ensure 100% capacity while maintaining a positive customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day technician workload and schedule installs
• Identify, prioritize, and dispatch emergency work in a timely and accurate manner
• Review and verify next day, week, and month routing to ensure workload is at 100% capacity
• Create and maintain a positive customer service experience while proactively optimizing operation

Requirements

• 3-5 years of dispatching experience with a Field Operations focus
• 3-5 years minimum in a dispatching role with HVAC knowledge
• Knowledge of trade services which may include HVAC, Appliance, Plumbing, and Electrical
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites
• Knowledge of Oracle Field Service
• High School diploma/GED required OR equivalent work experience

Important Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 7pm in-office; rotated Saturdays, 7am - 5pm work from home
