Job Description We Are Recruiting for a Senior Director – U.S. Energy Project Manager We are recruiting for a Senior Director – U.S. Texas Energy Business Project Manager to lead the execution of utility-scale BESS, solar (PV), and gas power projects for a global energy organization expanding its U.S. presence.
This is a unique executive opportunity to build project execution capabilities, establish operational frameworks, and lead the delivery of major energy infrastructure projects across Texas and the U.S.
What You'll Do
- Lead utility-scale BESS, PV, and gas power projects from development through EPC execution
- Build and lead the initial U.S. project execution team
- Establish project management standards, processes, and best practices
- Manage project cost, risk, contracts, cash flow, and change orders
- Collaborate with IPPs, developers, EPC contractors, and key stakeholders
- Support the expansion of the company's U.S. energy portfolio
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience managing utility-scale BESS, solar, or gas power projects
- Strong EPC project management and contract administration experience
- Experience working with IPPs, developers, and EPC firms
- Knowledge of ERCOT and the Texas energy market is highly preferred
- Proven leadership delivering complex power generation projects from development through commissioning
