Role Overview: The position involves leading and delivering UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) transformation projects, focusing on products like UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions.
Key Responsibilities: Sell and implement workforce management solutions, develop strategic roadmaps, facilitate design sessions with leadership, and produce high-quality client deliverables.
Lead process improvement initiatives across operations, utilizing data analysis, industry expertise, and technological solutions. Participate in proposal development, create market solutions, and foster client relationships. Conduct business requirements gathering, process mapping, and data evaluation. Uphold professionalism and integrity in all activities.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum twelve years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, workforce management, or advisory services, with preference for Big 4 experience. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees are a plus. Proven leadership in managing projects, teams, and client interactions. Expertise in data analysis tools such as Tableau, SQL, Power BI, and UKG modules. Certifications in UKG products are advantageous. Ability to travel as needed and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
