About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Director, Trade Relations Rebate Economics to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role will lead financial reporting and performance analysis for rebate-related activities across the organization’s business lines. The position will also build insight-driven dashboards and databases that help leadership understand rebate economics, vendor quality, and service-level accuracy. Working closely with cross-functional partners, this leader will drive data-based decision-making, continuous process improvement, and compliance-focused reporting.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $155,380 – $287,451 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead rebate performance reporting to executive leadership across all business lines
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive performance dashboard integrating various metrics
- Implement and refine KPIs for vendor quality and strategic service financial accuracy
- Establish and analyze databases for optimizing rebate performance
- Identify opportunities in large datasets and develop strategies to improve client rebate outcomes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for accurate and timely financial reporting
- Manage project initiatives focused on continuous process improvement and compliance controls
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 10 years of related experience and subject matter expertise in the respective area
- At least 8 years of supervisory experience or relevant leadership experience with leadership training
- Strong SQL database and Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in Excel and Access
- Proven leadership, analytical, and financial reasoning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
