Director - Supply Chain - Business Consulting

About This Role

This Director role in Business Consulting focuses on end-to-end supply chain transformation, helping organizations enhance agility, resilience, and digital capabilities. The position involves leading strategic and operational transformation programs across various supply chain functions and building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale end-to-end supply chain transformation engagements
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on supply chain strategy and operating model design
• Drive improvements across planning, procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and distribution
• Lead transformation roadmaps, business cases, and implementation programs
• Manage complex programs, project governance, risks, and engagement economics
• Drive business development activities, proposals, and client relationship growth
• Lead and develop high-performing consulting teams
• Support digital supply chain transformations enabled by SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, and advanced analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in consulting, supply chain, or operations transformation
• Proven experience delivering large-scale supply chain transformation programs
• Strong expertise across supply chain planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and leading multi-functional teams
• Strong business development and commercial management experience

Nice to have:

• MBA or Master's degree
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent
• Experience within a leading management consulting firm
• Experience across Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Energy, Retail, Logistics, or Public Sector
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder
• Experience delivering transformations across the MENA region
