Director - SAP Finance (FICO)

About This Role

This director-level role focuses on defining and governing the global strategy, standards, and best practices for SAP Finance (FICO) and Sales & Distribution (SD). The position involves leading a Global Center of Excellence and owning the SAP Finance solution landscape, ensuring alignment with finance strategy and control standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern global SAP FICO & SD strategy, standards, and best practices across the globe
• Serve as the Global Center of Excellence (COE) owner for SAP Finance (FICO) and Sales & Distribution (SD), defining global standards, governance models, and best practices, and ensuring consistent adoption across regions
• Own and govern the SAP Finance (FICO) solution landscape globally, ensuring alignment with finance strategy, statutory requirements, and internal control standards across all regions

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience working within the SAP application environment
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, MIS, or a related field
• Advanced SAP functional expertise in Finance (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash integration, Asset Accounting, Costing, and Profitability Analysis)
• Experience serving in a Center of Excellence (COE) or global governance role for SAP
• SAP S/4HANA experience
