About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Director - Revenue Operations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This leader will shape revenue operations across North America, partnering closely with senior commercial leaders to strengthen go-to-market execution and sales productivity. The role will serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer while evolving the revenue and sales operations model to better support growth. You will also lead a high-performing team, improve governance across key operational processes, and help drive more effective data and systems management.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the North America Revenue Operations team
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer
- Evolve revenue and sales operations strategy to align with the go-to-market model
- Coach and foster a high-performing, innovative team environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize data management systems
- Partner with Sales and Channel leaders on go-to-market strategies
- Drive systems and process maturity focused on sales productivity objectives
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Revenue Operations leadership experience with revenue oversight
- Proven track record in diverse enterprise software environments
- Strong experience in team development and performance management
- Deep knowledge of Deal Desk, Order Operations, and GTM strategies
- Inspirational and disciplined leadership style with global governance expertise
