About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Director - Procurement Services to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.
This leader will oversee procurement service delivery strategy, guiding a team that improves customer satisfaction, operational performance, and business value. The role will focus on building scalable procurement solutions, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, and aligning service execution with broader business processes. Success in this position will require a data-informed, collaborative leader who can drive growth, optimize resources, and support disciplined operating and budget management.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $200,000 – $260,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic procurement and service delivery plans to increase customer satisfaction.
- Create new procurement solutions that provide value to clients.
- Manage the procurement delivery team while promoting growth and revenue increase.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and operational budgeting.
- Monitor service delivery performance using data-driven analytics.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate procurement into business processes.
- Build key relationships with stakeholders to support service delivery goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, sales, or a related area.
- 4+ years of management experience required.
- Expertise in strategic planning and implementation.
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
