About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Director, PDS Projects to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.
This role will lead a portfolio of global projects and help establish a consistent, transparent service delivery environment across the organization. The position focuses on standardizing processes, improving account performance routines, and ensuring programs are delivered with strong governance, visibility, and stakeholder alignment. Success in this role will require close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and ongoing project execution.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $130,000 – $170,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Support a consistent and transparent service delivery environment
- Develop and implement standardized processes and tools
- Oversee management routines for account performance
- Own program-specific goals and objectives
- Manage 30+ global projects and their schedules
- Document and mitigate project risks proactively
- Lead status update calls and create project budgets
Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience in change management or program management
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet and data analysis
- Experience working in regulated project environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven customer service record with stakeholders at all levels
