- Key Responsibilities: Develop and sell healthcare payer solutions, oversee project delivery, ensure quality and performance, build client relationships, and contribute to thought leadership in the industry.
- Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of eight years' consulting or executive experience in healthcare payers, with expertise in healthcare reform, value-based care, and operational efficiency. A master's degree is required. Proven experience managing large, complex transformation projects, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory issues. Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills are essential.
- Additional Requirements: Ability to travel extensively and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. No sponsorship will be provided.
