We are looking for a senior professional with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas sector, particularly across research, consulting, strategy, and advisory. The role is suited for someone who can lead complex industry assignments, engage senior stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of the consulting practice.

Location- Delhi / Mumbai

Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end Oil & Gas research and consulting engagements, from scoping and analysis through to final recommendations.
2. Conduct market assessment, industry research, competitive intelligence and opportunity analysis across the Oil & Gas value chain.
3. Develop strategic insights around market entry, growth strategy, business planning, feasibility and commercial opportunities.
4. Prepare research reports, consulting presentations and executive-level recommendations for senior stakeholders.
5. Manage relationships with senior clients and industry stakeholders and ensure high-quality delivery of consulting assignments.
6. Contribute to business development, proposal development and identification of new consulting opportunities.
7. Track developments across the Oil & Gas sector, including regulatory changes, investments, emerging technologies and energy-transition trends.

Requirements

1. 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas research, consulting, strategy, advisory or a closely related field.
2. Strong Oil & Gas domain expertise, with exposure to one or multiple segments such as upstream, midstream, downstream, gas, LNG or refining.
3. Proven experience delivering market research, consulting studies, strategic advisory or industry intelligence assignments.
4. Strong understanding of Oil & Gas market dynamics, industry trends, competitive landscape and regulatory environment.
5. Experience in market assessment, business strategy, feasibility studies, commercial advisory or transaction-related assignments.
6. Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to engage CXO/senior-level audiences.
7. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex assignments and deliver high-quality strategic outputs.
8. Strong analytical, presentation and business development capabilities.
