About the role
Integrated Resources, Inc. (IRI) is seeking an experienced Director of SOW & Nearshore Partnerships to help build and grow our Statement of Work (SOW), project-based services, and nearshore workforce solutions.
This is a hands-on sales, solutions, and growth role. The Director will be responsible for identifying and developing SOW opportunities within IRI's existing client base while also pursuing new relationships and opportunities outside our current accounts.
We're looking for someone who understands the complete SOW lifecycle — from business development and client discovery through solution design, pricing, contracting, launch, governance, and expansion.
What You'll Do
Drive SOW & Nearshore Growth
- Identify, develop, and close SOW and project-based opportunities within IRI's existing enterprise client portfolio.
- Develop new SOW business outside IRI's current client base through relationships, networking, partnerships, and targeted business development.
- Build relationships with client stakeholders responsible for SOW, professional services, procurement, technology, operations, and workforce solutions.
- Partner with IRI's Sales and Account Management teams to uncover opportunities within existing MSP/VMS and direct client relationships.
- Develop strategies to expand the adoption of nearshore delivery solutions across both existing and new accounts.
- Maintain an active pipeline and take ownership of opportunities from initial conversation through solution development and close.
Design & Sell Solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert in client discussions involving SOW, managed services, project staffing, and nearshore-enabled solutions.
- Lead client discovery to understand business problems, scope requirements, deliverables, timelines, KPIs, SLAs, and desired outcomes.
- Translate client requirements into commercially compelling and operationally executable SOW solutions.
- Develop pricing strategies, cost models, and margin scenarios that balance competitiveness, delivery requirements, and profitability.
- Lead or support proposals, RFP responses, presentations, negotiations, and executive-level client discussions.
- Clearly articulate the business case and value proposition for nearshore-enabled delivery models.
Engagement Governance & Expansion
- Partner closely with Delivery and Operations to ensure what is sold can be successfully executed.
- Support engagement launches and establish appropriate governance, reporting, accountability, and escalation structures.
- Monitor key SOW engagements for scope, budget, margin, timelines, service levels, and client satisfaction.
- Identify scope creep, margin erosion, change-order requirements, and delivery risks early.
- Conduct business reviews and identify opportunities to expand successful engagements into additional projects, teams, or business units.
- Develop repeatable SOW and nearshore playbooks, pricing models, templates, and solution frameworks that allow IRI to scale the practice.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in SOW, managed services, project staffing, consulting, professional services, or workforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of SOW solution design, pricing, margin management, governance, and delivery execution.
- Demonstrated sales or business development experience strongly preferred, including the ability to originate opportunities and develop client relationships.
- Track record of expanding business within existing enterprise accounts and/or developing new client relationships.
- Experience working within the staffing, workforce solutions, consulting, or professional services industry.
- Familiarity with enterprise clients, procurement organizations, and MSP/VMS environments.
- Experience with nearshore/offshore delivery models strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing, profitability, and risk evaluation.
- Ability to operate effectively across Sales, Account Management, Delivery, Operations, Finance, and client stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Who Will Succeed in This Role
This role is best suited for someone who combines SOW expertise with a commercial mindset.
You should be equally comfortable sitting with a client to uncover a new opportunity, building the solution and financial model, presenting the proposal, negotiating the engagement, and working with Delivery to ensure the solution succeeds.
We're not looking for someone who only supports SOW opportunities after they arrive. We want someone who can help create the opportunities — expanding SOW services within our existing clients while opening doors to new relationships and new business.
Success will ultimately be measured by the ability to build pipeline, win profitable SOW engagements, expand nearshore adoption, protect delivery quality and margin, and create long-term client partnerships .
