Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a full-time leadership opportunity for a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) at Mercy Health Services, a collaborative, patient-centered skilled nursing facility where your leadership and clinical expertise truly make a difference.
- Seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), or Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
Position Highlights:
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
- Ensure excellence in clinical services and outcomes
- Provide mentorship and support to therapy staff
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient care
