Director of Quant Operations London, Hybrid Salary up to £100,000

The Role
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the quantitative research function.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team focused on delivering high-quality quantitative research projects.
- Drive operational strategy, process improvements, and best practice across the department.
- Oversee project allocation, resource planning, and workflow management to ensure efficient delivery.
- Establish and maintain training, onboarding, and quality control processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, providing expert operational leadership.
- Monitor team performance, utilisation, and budgets to support business objectives.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience managing quantitative research operations or fieldwork teams.
- Proven leadership capability with experience developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Background within market research, insights, healthcare research, or a related data-focused environment.
- Strong project management and resource planning skills.
- Experience improving operational processes and driving efficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Proficiency with research platforms and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
