About This Role
This senior, hands-on leadership role is for a Product Director who will lead the product team of a fast-scaling B2C brand. They will set product strategy across the business while staying close to the detail, shaping customer propositions that achieve customer and commercial impact quickly.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of Product Managers, raising the bar on product craft and discipline
- Set product ways of working, roadmapping and reporting across the team
- Stay hands-on by leading a squad directly, matched to your strengths
- Shape customer-facing propositions across acquisition, conversion, retention and monetisation
- Make confident, commercially grounded calls, knowing when to test and when to back an idea
- Partner with engineering, design, finance and senior leadership to bring product strategy to life
Requirements
- Strong proposition and product marketing instincts; turning ideas into exciting customer propositions that go live within weeks, with experience in customer-facing B2C products rather than B2B or internal tools
- Commercial and monetisation experience, having worked meaningfully on retention economics, upsell, cross-sell or pricing, and understanding how product decisions drive revenue
- Senior product leadership experience as a Head of Product or Product Director
- Experience managing and developing Product Managers
- A hands-on approach and the confidence to get into the detail

- Experience leading a Design team
