About This Role

This opportunity is for an experienced and highly motivated Parks & Recreation professional with a strong background in business administration, program operations, leadership, and community services. The role involves balancing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, customer service, staff coordination, budgeting, and community engagement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressively responsible Parks & Recreation experience
• Proven track record of supervisory experience managing personnel, programs, facilities, and diverse teams
• Strong skills in budgeting, purchasing, resource allocation, and operational planning
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, community members, elected officials, and stakeholders
• Accomplished Parks & Recreation leader with a strong foundation in public-sector management, business administration, or related discipline
