Maintenance Director Join the Deer Meadows Team! Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our beautiful senior living community in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Maintenance Director Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance department, including supervising and scheduling maintenance staff
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs
- Develop and implement maintenance budgets, ensuring effective use of resources
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and new installations
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including OSHA and HIPAA
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent resident experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner
