DIRECTOR OF GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT
You are the person who hears:
“We should probably try that.”
…and responds:
“Already working on it.”
You’ll help us find new clients, build referral relationships, strengthen community partnerships, develop new opportunities, and turn “maybe someday” into “we’re doing it now.”
You’ll need to be part strategist, part relationship-builder, part cheerleader, part problem-solver—and occasionally part magician.
You should be comfortable talking to everyone from hospital administrators to families, community leaders to complete strangers who have absolutely no idea what home care is yet.
You’ll also need to survive meetings, spreadsheets, goals, follow-ups, networking events, phone calls, emails, and the occasional person who says:
“Just send me an email.”
