About the role
My client, a luxury hotel in Northern Portugal, is seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate its dining operations.
This leadership role requires a dynamic hospitality professional with a proven background in luxury hotels, who can inspire teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive both operational and financial performance.
You will oversee all Food & Beverage operations, leading a team of passionate and ambitious professionals across front and back of house. Working closely with the Executive Committee, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest service standards, developing innovative dining experiences, and ensuring commercial success.
The Ideal Candidate
- Extensive Food & Beverage leadership experience within luxury hotels or resorts ideally within international environments.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
