Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic financial models and forecasts to achieve the company's short- and long-term goals
- Oversee the development of pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage and monitor capital efficiency, ensuring optimal use of resources and identification of potential cost-reduction opportunities
- Lead revenue modeling efforts to accurately project future revenues and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with senior management to align financial management with company objectives
- Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within financial services, Fin Tech, or insurance
- Proven experience in pricing strategy, capital efficiency, 3-statement modeling, and financial risk assessment
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and ability to manage complex financial scenarios
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in building and developing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Proficiency in financial software and databases; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- High integrity, dependability, urgency, and results orientation
