Leaderstat has partnered with a well-established 460+ bed hospital in North Austin that offers everything from a Level IV Trauma ED and pediatric emergency care to advanced cardiac services, neurology, and transplant.
This is a big ED leadership role — 42 beds, around 180 patients/day, 4 FSEDs, an additional surgical hospital ED, and about 100 FTEs.
A few highlights:
• $135K–$153K + 17.5%–26.25% bonus
• Days | No weekends
• Level IV Trauma
• Strong Medical Director partnership
• Up to $25K in relocation assistance
• Previous ED Director was promoted to ACNO
We're looking for someone with strong, current ED Director experience who can show actual results on their resume — improved throughput, patient satisfaction, staffing, quality, cost savings, etc.
