About This Role
This leadership role is for a growth-minded clinical leader who will direct the clinic, partner with the Nurse Practitioner, set the standard of care, and build systems, teams, and service lines. The position suits a Registered Nurse with business acumen, a strong leadership presence, and a desire to share in the rewards as the clinic grows.
Responsibilities
- Manage ordering, inventory, and medication supply across compounding pharmacies and vendors
- Maintain the IV cost breakdown and ROI tracker, including ingredient-level costing per cocktail
- Monitor expiration dates, par levels, and supplier pricing
- Author and maintain the Policy & Procedure Manual (IV therapy, phlebotomy, peptides, hormone therapy, weight loss)
- Maintain IV dosing and peptide reconstitution/dosing references
- Maintain patient consent forms and coordinate Medical Director review and sign-off
- Keep all documentation audit-ready
- Run the staff wellness training academy
- Develop training materials and care-first service playbooks
- Onboard and train staff on clinical procedures and client communication
- Create and update client-facing materials (wellness plans, menus, Rx pad, brochures)
- Run client outreach and restock messaging
- Serve as the clinical point of contact for protocol questions
- Set and update service and product pricing across menus and materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
- Manage clinic systems (Mangomint forms and workflows)
- Support rollout of new service lines and menu items
Requirements
- Active RN license (BSN preferred)
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
- Hands-on IV therapy experience (infusions, boosters, phlebotomy)
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage ordering, inventory, and documentation without things slipping
- Excellent communication skills with staff, clients, vendors, and the Medical Director
- Comfortable working under Medical Director oversight
Nice to have:
- Experience running an IV therapy or functional medicine clinic
- Working knowledge of peptides, hormone therapy (BHRT/TRT), and GLP-1s, along with IV vitamin drips
- Experience writing protocols or policies and training staff
- Prior clinical lead, charge nurse, or clinical director experience
- Experience with pharmacy and vendor relationships
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and cloud document tools
