Director of Business Development

Job description:

Team Select Home Care is seeking a Director of Business Development to support growth in the Atlanta market. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, community partners, and families.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Atlanta healthcare market, established referral source connections, and experience with Georgia’s Pediatric Program (GAPP). This position will work closely with operations and clinical leadership to identify growth opportunities, increase qualified referrals, and support successful patient admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the Atlanta market
• Build relationships with referral sources and community partners
• Promote Team Select’s pediatric private duty nursing services
• Support referral conversion through knowledge of GAPP requirements and processes
• Partner with operations and clinical teams to drive census growth
• Represent Team Select at community, healthcare, and industry events

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of healthcare sales, business development, or community relations experience
• Home care, home health, or pediatric healthcare experience preferred
• Familiarity with GAPP strongly preferred
• Established referral relationships in the Atlanta market preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
