Director, Marketing

About This Role

Directing the marketing of T5's services and achievements is the core of this role, which involves planning and managing campaigns, tracking performance, overseeing the budget, and ensuring brand consistency. The role suits a marketing professional with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for services
• Establish positioning and identify target audiences
• Develop and deploy comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of the organization
• Develop and manage marketing operating budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail
• Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events
• Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and social media that attracts and converts target groups
• Update and maintain T5’s intranet, website, and social media
• Evaluate and recommend distribution channel development programs
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Serve as liaison with outside agencies on ongoing promotional campaigns
• Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and present to executive management
• Keep informed of marketing strategies and trends
• Other duties as assigned by T5 management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar OR equivalent experience, required
• 4-7 years’ sales or marketing experience
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools
