This role involves leading, coordinating, and managing the IT & Support Factory to achieve objectives in quality, time, cost, and safety. The Director is responsible for Safran Cabin's IT Infrastructure & Architecture, as well as the worldwide Support Desk & Service, implementing major IT transformations according to strategy and managing the IT budget and investments.
Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate, and manage the IT & Support Factory to achieve objectives in quality, time, cost, and safety
Be responsible for the Safran Cabin IT Infrastructure & Architecture as well as the Support Desk & Service worldwide
Implement major IT Transformations according to the strategy defined by the Cloud Factory and approved by CIO
Participate in and implement the "make or buy" policy
Ensure the daily link between Safran Cabin users and the IT Department
Guarantee the proper maintenance of service levels with customers
Be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of each of the IT departments
Be responsible for the operation of production systems and carry IT department commitments in terms of worldwide service quality
Be responsible for the Safran Cabin Support / Helpdesk & Service Desk worldwide
Manage the IT Projects carried out by the IS/IT Master Plan with the following objectives:
Provide infrastructure adapted to the expectations of users, applications, and workstations
Manage security and Industrial Systems
Support the continuity of Cabin's service by offering solutions to disasters and malicious acts
Execute the IS production plan and manage the evolutions
Be in charge of the Shop floor technical activities in relation with the Cabin Digital factory team and the Group
Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of IT department with KPI and dashboards
Manage, supervise, and oversee leads in each of the IT departments
Manage the IT Budget (CAPEX & OPEX) and IT investments for Cabin
Support the following external interfaces: IT people worldwide, Group outsourcing managers on IT production, Safran Services Factory Leadership
