About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Instructor Operations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead business affairs and operational oversight for a global instructor organization within a highly visible, consumer-facing healthcare environment. You will partner closely with Legal, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage contracts, renewals, governance, and sensitive talent-related matters. The position requires a strong balance of strategic judgment, process design, and operational discipline to support scalable decision-making and consistent execution.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $215,800 – $274,900 annually

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the business affairs lead for the global instructor organization
  • Negotiate contracts for new instructors in partnership with Legal and senior leadership
  • Oversee lifecycle management of instructor agreements, including renewals and governance
  • Provide guidance on contracts, commercial opportunities, and outside activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex instructor matters
  • Develop recommendations for annual contract renewals
  • Create and maintain operational processes and standards for the instructor team

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of leadership experience focusing on talent management or business affairs
  • Experience managing relationships with high-profile talent or executive stakeholders
  • Proven ability to create scalable processes and operating models
  • Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive matters
  • Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation
  • Analytical skills in using operational data for decision-making
