Responsibilities
- Review and maintain contractual financial data and metadata in SAP for development and term agreements.
- Prepare and distribute development commitment reports and management reporting.
- Track development guarantees, recoupments, commitments, cash forecasts, and expense forecasts.
- Manage billing processes, overhead allocations, and payment requests.
- Determine project spend timing to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 10+ years of finance, accounting, or financial planning experience, including management experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; SAP/BW experience preferred.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support.
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
