About The Role
Eltropy is hiring a Director of Design to lead the evolution of our Agentic AI platform into an
AI-native, agent-driven system.
This is not a traditional UX role. You will redefine how products are built by shifting from screens and flows to
AI-powered workflows, automation, and human and AI collaboration.
You will partner closely with Product and Engineering, lead a team of 5 designers in India, and work directly with customers to design solutions grounded in real-world workflows.
