The Role
- Drive the formulation and execution of the long-term regional strategic roadmap across Asia markets.
- Manage C-suite operational priorities, coordinating board meeting decks, executive offsites, and strategic agendas
- Develop market and competitive intelligence frameworks to translate industry trends into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Partner closely with regional functional teams and local business units to ensure seamless alignment on group priorities.
- Establish governance frameworks to track strategic KPIs, monitor operational performance, and enforce accountability across key initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Actuarial, and Corporate Development teams to evaluate the financial feasibility of strategic growth initiatives.
- Synthesize complex business data into high-impact executive communications and presentation materials for global leadership forums
Your Profile
- 10 years of strategy experience with insurance or bancassurance
- Proven track record of driving cross market strategic planning or transformation
- Extension experience supporting C-suite executives with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluence in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is considered an asset
