Description Job Title: Director of Architecture & Engineering

Type: Hybrid role (onsite Tue/ Thu)

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience across enterprise technology and architecture, spanning infrastructure, cloud, application, and integration domains
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing or guiding senior technical professionals and architecture teams
- Proven ability to lead enterprise and solution architecture within complex, multi ‑ platform and/or multi ‑ client environments
- Advanced expertise in enterprise and solution architecture across infrastructure, cloud, platform, application, and integration layers
- Strong command of resiliency, security, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance requirements, particularly in financial services contexts
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive sound, scalable architectural decisions
- Advanced analytical, problem ‑ solving, and decision ‑ making capabilities in complex technical environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive ‑ level stakeholder engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fast ‑ paced, client ‑ focused managed services (MSP)/ B2B environment
- Experience within financial services, credit unions, or other regulated industries preferred.
