Direct Sales Executive
Our client is seeking an aggressive, results-driven sales professional to develop new business and expand its client base. This role is for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and turn opportunities into revenue.
The Opportunity
- Develop new accounts through targeted prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
- Build relationships with engineers, contractors, developers, project executives, and other key decision-makers.
- Identify upcoming projects and get in front of opportunities early.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through close.
- Grow existing relationships while continuously pursuing new business.
- Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on revenue growth.
- Work closely with technical and operations teams to convert opportunities into successful projects.
Ideal Background
- Sales or business development experience within geotechnical engineering, materials testing, environmental services, civil engineering, construction, infrastructure, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to generate new accounts and consistently bring in business.
- Strong network within the engineering, construction, or development community is highly valued.
- Confident communicator who can sell technical services to both technical and non-technical decision-makers.
- Highly competitive, persistent, self-motivated, and comfortable with heavy prospecting
