About the role
Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition: Proactively market and sell bank products (such as accounts, loans, and digital banking solutions) to prospective retail and corporate clients.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing bank customers, delivering exceptional service standards.

Field Operations: Conduct field sales blitzes, corporate presentations, and direct client engagements within the assigned region.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all account opening and loan documentation strictly adheres to banking regulations, KYC (Know Your Customer) policies, and submit daily sales reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate; tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields will be an added advantage.

Experience: Proven experience in direct sales, banking, or financial services marketing is highly preferred.

Competencies: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presentation.

Drive: High level of integrity, resilience, and a aggressive target-driven mindset.

Location: Must be residing in or around the targeted town and available for an immediate start.
