Important Details

• Schedule: Individual discretion for work methods and hours
• Contract: Permanent employee
• Holidays: Complete two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, annual paid leave (determined by entry month in the first year, 21 days granted in April from the following year, can be carried over for 1 year), congratulatory or condolence leave, maternity leave, special leave (jury duty leave, bone marrow donor leave), childcare leave, nursing care leave, refreshment leave
• Team: Average annual income of 10.05 million yen (as of March 2026)
• Work format: Hybrid work with office and remote options; typically requires coming to the office or client site twice a week
• Smoking policy: No smoking indoors, but there is a smoking area within the head office building

Application Process

• Initial inquiry (application) for employment/job change support (free)
• Provision of job information by a dedicated coordinator (in-person or by phone)
• Recommendation to companies after joint consideration and decision, with confirmation of applicant's will
• Selection process includes document screening and interviews, with advice on key points and precautions
• Negotiation of start date, salary, and employment conditions by Crow-Pass; consultation on amicable resignation
• Follow-up support after joining the company via phone or email

Training System

• Two-week practical introductory training after joining, covering hypothesis thinking and structuring skills through simulated projects
• Training is conducted offline at the Kachidoki head office, providing opportunities for interaction with同期入社者 and employees
• Top consultants directly instruct the training, teaching ULS's unique methods through exercises resembling actual projects
• After training, activities start with projects that leverage individual skills and experience, with assignments respecting personal intentions as much as possible
