Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production of digital marketing campaigns from project kickoff through approvals and final asset delivery
- Partner with creative leadership, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute high-quality digital marketing initiatives
- Select, onboard, and manage external creative agencies, providing project briefs, timelines, budgets, and creative direction
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring deliverables remain on schedule and within budget
- Facilitate daily project meetings to align teams on priorities, timelines, and action items
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5–7 years of experience producing and managing digital marketing campaigns, including static, interactive, and rich media creative
- Proven project management experience overseeing multiple complex creative initiatives simultaneously
- Experience managing creative agencies or working within an agency environment supporting high-profile clients
- Strong experience managing project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and production timelines
