Our client YSR SERVICES - PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a Digital Payment Operations Manager in Karachi
The Fintech Operations Executive will oversee transaction reconciliation, maintain precise records, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Candidates with prior experience in fintech, banking, Easypaisa, or payment operations will have a distinct advantage. This role also involves monitoring risk through detailed risk assessment and audit and reporting methodologies to safeguard the companys financial interests. Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities are important for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The executive will also engage in vendor management duties and budgeting and cost control to align with organizational financial goals. This position is vital in supporting the companys compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting the integrity of payment systems through robust fraud analytics and detection techniques.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute digital payment operations including transaction processing and payout handling with accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct payment verification and perform thorough transaction reconciliation to ensure financial data integrity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to all financial operations and transactional data.
- Implement and enhance process improvement initiatives to streamline payment workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential operational and financial risks, while actively applying mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance requirements and company policies in all fintech operations.
- Apply fraud detection techniques and utilize fraud analytics to detect and prevent fraudulent activities within payment systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to manage service agreements and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Support budgeting and cost control processes to maintain operational expenses within approved limits.
- Prepare audit reports and participate in internal and external audits to facilitate transparent financial reporting.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve payment-related inquiries and issues.
- Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to monitor operational performance and generate actionable insights.
