Education/Experience And Skills Requirement:
- Willingness to work in the US business hours (05:30 PM – 02:30 AM IST)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in digital marketing or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a web content, email operations, or digital production role
- Hands-on experience with at least one major CMS platform (Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Drupal, WordPress or similar)
- Working knowledge of at least one email marketing platform (Marketo, Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement or similar)
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop and Illustrator) and/or Figma
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for minor email and web formatting adjustments
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and accessibility
- Familiarity with marketing automation workflows and lead-nurturing programmes
- Experience working with US-based clients or in a marketing services/offshore model
- Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility testing
- Exposure to analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio or Tableau is a plus
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, content calendars and project management tools (Monday.com, Jira or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality output
- Knowledge of the capital markets industry would be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
Web content operations (Primary)
- Manage website content publishing, updates and asset administration across CMS platforms
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, brand compliance and accessibility standards
- Support SEO implementation and social content publishing while maintaining content governance and documentation
Email operations (Primary)
- Build, test, schedule and deploy email campaigns using approved marketing automation platforms
- Manage audience lists, campaign workflows and quality assurance processes to ensure successful execution
- Maintain campaign documentation and support performance reporting
Multimedia & creative support (Primary)
- Create, update and format digital assets, presentations, documents, graphics, videos and data visualisations using approved templates and brand guidelines
- Support content updates within design and UI/UX platforms while ensuring consistency and quality standards
- Deliver creative production requests and maintain digital asset libraries
Analytics support (Secondary)
- Generate, compile, and distribute web, campaign and performance reports using analytics and reporting platforms
- Maintain dashboards and reporting outputs to ensure data accuracy, consistency and stakeholder visibility
