About This Role

This role involves shaping and improving clients' digital marketing performance by using gathered insights to create measurable strategies and innovative customer experiences. It requires developing communication strategies that guide creative teams, and architecting go-to-market plans for audience engagement, branded content, and customer relationship marketing. The strategist also enhances client understanding of digital marketing through thought leadership and industry expertise.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and managing the team to perform effectively
• Make team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
• Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive campaign delivery and maximize impact
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics and Reporting
• 15 years full-time education
• Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Reporting
• Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and derive actionable insights
• Experience in developing and monitoring key performance indicators for digital campaigns
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling reports and presentations
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms to track and optimize campaign performance
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey strategies and results to diverse stakeholders
