Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule regular social media content, with LinkedIn as the primary channel
• Repurpose long-form content, podcasts, and video footage into engaging digital marketing assets
• Coordinate approximately three social media posts per week
• Convert existing content and ideas into social media posts, carousels, infographics, and short-form content
• Distribute video content across LinkedIn, Instagram, the company website, and other relevant channels
• Maintain an organized content calendar and consistent publication schedule
• Develop and coordinate regular email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn newsletters
• Repurpose existing thought leadership materials into engaging email communications
• Format, schedule, and publish campaigns according to the approved marketing calendar
• Strengthen audience engagement and brand visibility through relationship-focused communications rather than solely direct-response lead generation
• Create high-quality marketing assets using Canva or comparable design tools
• Apply and refine the established brand identity across marketing materials
• Design graphics, carousels, infographics, presentations, brochures, and social media assets
• Maintain consistency in brand colors, fonts, layouts, and visual identity across channels and formats
• Adapt existing templates and creative assets to support efficient, scalable marketing execution
• Upload and maintain relevant content on the company website
• Update website pages and marketing assets according to the approved brand direction
• Ensure website content and visuals align with broader marketing materials and brand standards
• Coordinate the publication of podcasts, videos, and thought leadership content across relevant digital platforms
• Create, edit, and update website pages and content using established WordPress templates
• Recommend improvements to page layouts, visual presentation, and content consistency within the existing website structure and brand guidelines
• Translate approved marketing concepts into structured campaigns and actionable deliverables
• Maintain organized marketing calendars, project deadlines, and digital asset libraries
