Job Summary
Data Management between ERC Study of Engineering Drgs BIW Process planning and equipment ordering experience with good communication skills. ECN Implementation and Process simulation Project / Process feedback and feedforward between different stakeholders, in TML and FIAT Experience in the BIW design domain. Proficient in concept design of Geo stations, Re-spot, Grippers Experience in 3D finish, 2D detailing and quality check Awareness of Tier-1/OEM Design standards Knowledge of tolerances and materials. Sound ability to understand and use GD&T Knowledge and understanding of sheet metal manufacturing processes Technical guidance to team Expert in project planning & execution Exposure to Welding Lines Process & Layout (Spot Welding, ARC welding) Understanding of standard BOP selection and familiarity in pneumatics, sensors and other integration elements Soft skills PLM TCUA Team center VisVSA CATIA Creo AutoCAD MS office tools
