About This Role
This consulting role focuses on driving digital, innovation, and transformation missions for clients, from initial need reformulation to final deliverable production. The position involves designing and leading innovation initiatives, managing multidisciplinary project teams, and developing client relationships. It suits a consultant with strong project management skills and expertise in emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital, innovation, and transformation consulting missions, from client need reformulation to deliverable production
- Identify and prioritize new innovation areas, including new platforms, weak signals, new products or services, AI/GenAI use cases, and sustainable innovation
- Design and facilitate innovation approaches such as governance, roadmaps, project acceleration, and mobilization of business and technological teams
- Support the adoption of AI by business teams through training, appropriation of use cases, and animation of ambassador communities
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams, structure work, allocate roles, ensure deadlines, and guarantee production quality
- Support the professional development of junior profiles within the company and manage key progression rituals (feedback, evaluation, etc.)
- Supervise in-house consultants at client sites, including mission follow-up, collaborator support, client satisfaction, and mission renewal
- Participate in knowledge transfer during sharing sessions and training within the organization
- Develop trusted relationships with clients, understand their strategic challenges, and identify commercial development opportunities to qualify and frame new needs
- Contribute to business development through commercial proposals, market convictions, offers, methodologies, and internal collaborations
Requirements
- Strong command of consulting methods: framing, structuring the approach, workshop facilitation, analysis, synthesis, and deliverable formalization
- Over 4 years of experience in leading complex missions or transformation projects, ideally in consulting, innovation, or new technologies
- Ability to build digital, innovation, AI, or transformation roadmaps, aligned with client business, technological, and operational challenges
- Proficiency in emerging technologies and their uses: AI, GenAI, low-code, or other digital transformation levers
- Expertise in business development: opportunity qualification, proposal construction, budgeting, planning, and project mechanisms
- Very good level of English and French, enabling work in international environments and collaboration with globally connected teams
