In order to contribute to achieving our goals, we are currently recruiting a :

Digital Consultant The digital team at Bisnode is focusing on tailor-made online, social or mobile CRM & campaign management solutions, and consulting services to optimize marketing campaigns. We aim to provide the best data-driven customer experience.

You eat, drink and breathe all things digital. You are a lean, customer champion and consulting machine. You know how to quickly detect the business opportunities and find the right solution for the clients. You are a fearless team player who brings together technical, functional and product expertise to demonstrate to prospects how they can achieve superior digital maturity. If this sounds familiar to you and if your smart phone is your best friend then there is a chance you are the right candidate.

Your Challenge

• Raise the strategic bar of Bisnode Digital.
• Embody Bisnode’s vision and become an evangelist for this vision to prospects and current clients using multiple channels (social media, events, webinars, etc.)
• Identify the new solutions to be included in Bisnode’s portfolio to improve client’s digital experience.
• Understand the clients’ strategy, business goals, KPI’s and help to define and design viable recommendations across multiple digital channels.
• Support the sales people with customer visits, presentations, writing functional requirements and answering RFI/P’s.
• Support the development of internal projects.
• Share the latest trends and best practices in digital to educate clients and internal teams.
• Remain knowledgeable of technological and competitive landscape within your domain of expertise.

Your Profile

• Excellent knowledge and passion for digital across multiple channels.
• Minimum of three years of relevant digital consulting or industry experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch. Any additional language is a plus.
• Pro-active, business driven and customer-minded, always looking to maximize your time and efforts, with that ability to see further than others. You act like a consultant.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Act professionally and can do attitude.
• Distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills.
• Strong listening skills.
• You are enthusiastic, driven and result-oriented.
• Team spirit, hard-worker, open-minded.
• A good sense of humor.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time.

• The ideal candidate has an experience of online analytics products.
