Responsibilities
- Manage the intake, prioritization, and tracking of digital asset production requests
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, production artists, and creative teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate project requirements, timelines, workloads, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Audit and evaluate existing digital asset management workflows, storage systems, and production processes
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and collaboration across creative teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong project management experience within a creative, design, production, or digital asset management environment
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of digital asset management principles, workflow optimization, and production operations
- Proficiency with creative design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar software
