Digital Applications Builder – Ireland, Remote – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences Located in Ireland, our global pharmaceutical client is seeking a Digital Applications Builder to support their state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility. What You’ll Deliver
- Identify and prioritise high-impact operational pain points at manufacturing or CMC sites through direct engagement with site teams, SMEs, and business owners
- Use Claude Code and other AI-assisted development tools to rapidly prototype, iterate, and build web-based or data-driven business applications
- Translate business problems into working application prototypes and iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback
- Partner with BTS to deploy apps through established CI/CD pipelines
Experience required:
- Extensive experience working within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing site environment (e.g., Manufacturing, CMC, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering)
- High digital literacy with demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technology tools quickly
- Proven ability to use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code or equivalent) to build functional applications. A formal software engineering background is not required, but demonstrated technical aptitude is essential.
- Experience translating business problems into digital solutions
