About This Role

This dietitian role involves creating nutritious, appealing, and easy-to-eat menus for patients in hospitals and welfare facilities, considering their conditions and preferences. It suits a dietitian who is passionate about supporting health and bringing joy through food.

Responsibilities

• Create menus with a focus on nutritional balance, ease of eating, taste, and presentation
• Be involved in food ordering, inventory management, ingredient selection, and menu planning
• Support the health and well-being of users and patients through meals
• Adapt cooking for various conditions, including soft and dysphagia-friendly meals
• Plan seasonal event meals to enhance the enjoyment of eating

Requirements

• Dietitian or Registered Dietitian license required
• Welcome those with no practical experience or a career break
• No minimum experience required
• Experienced candidates are preferred

Nice to have:

• Experience as a dietitian or registered dietitian in hospitals, nursing homes, school cafeterias, or company cafeterias
• Kitchen or cooking experience in restaurants, cafes, or izakayas
• Experience in similar roles as a part-time or temporary worker
• Someone who is subtly considerate
