Dietary Clerk

Summary

Job Summary: Maintains an efficient and effective Food and Nutrition Service Communications Center by coordinating intra and inter-department communications. Performs all data entry computer functions for patients and residents, including but not limited to diet information, new admissions, discharges, diet changes, food preferences, allergies and menu selections, accurately and in a timely manner. This position will flex weekday shifts and cover every other weekend in the dietary office, working on the PCC system for meal tray cards. This plays a key role in the dietary department.

Requirements: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School Diploma, GED equivalent or High School certificate. Less than 1 year of experience.
