The Dietary Aide plays a vital role in supporting the dietary department by assisting in food preparation, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for food service.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines.
- Sanitate kitchen equipment and utensils to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and well-being of all residents.
- Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure timely food production and service.
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and assist with restocking as needed.
