Dietary Aide Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and service of meals to residents, including food preparation, plating, and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and restocking as needed
- Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement special dietary menus and meals
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Dietary Aide Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a healthcare or food service setting preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
