Responsibilities Responsibilities:
- Assist mechanics with maintenance and repairs on rental equipment including aerial lifts, compactors, loaders, and excavators
- Perform preventive maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication, and equipment inspections
- Support troubleshooting of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components
- Help maintain shop organization, tools, and equipment documentation
- Assist with equipment inspections and preparing machines for rental or return from jobsites
Learning Opportunities
- Hands-on experience working on equipment from manufacturers such as CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, and JLG
- Exposure to aerial, earthmoving, and compaction equipment used on active construction projects
