About the role
We are seeking a Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist for an inpatient locum tenens role in a trauma hospital located in Central New Jersey. The position involves a day shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an average workload of approximately 55 RVUs per day, primarily focusing on CT and PF studies. The role requires coverage of about 50-60 RVUs daily, serving an adult patient population, with procedures including fluoroscopy and modalities such as PF, CT, US, and NM.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Performing and interpreting imaging studies in a hybrid onsite and remote environment
- Managing a diverse case load while ensuring quality patient care
- Collaborating with healthcare teams and adhering to clinical protocols
Qualifications And Skills
- Board certification in radiology
- Experience with CT, PF, US, NM, and fluoroscopy procedures
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting within a hybrid work environment
